We offer long-term Jungian-psychotherapy as well as shorter term individual therapy. The way we work with clients is based on Jungian psychology and is informed by psychodynamic therapy, Adlerian therapy, and art therapy.
Cammi takes a transformative and relational approach to psychotherapy. In sessions she emphasizes exploring the unconscious mind, archetypes, and personal symbols. This helps to foster self-awareness, emotional healing and self-discovery.
This type of work can help you uncover hidden patterns, resolve inner conflicts, and tap into your creative potential. Through dream work, active imagination, and creative expression, we work towards the integration of your conscious and unconscious selves.
Whether you’re struggling with trauma, anxiety, ADHD, or seeking to deepen your self-understanding, Individual therapy offers a holistic path to emotional balance, personal growth, and a deeper connection to your authentic self
Jungian Therapy is not the same as Jungian analysis. To become a certified Jungian Analyst one must study for years while receiving regular supervision and while being in regular analysis with a qualified analyst. In addition, Jungian Analysis is a much more intensive process than Jungian Therapy-often involving many years of work. For more information please refer to the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP).
Anyone can use the term “Jungian Therapist” because it is not a protected title; thus, it is important to look for certain qualifications when consulting with a Jungian-oriented psychotherapist. The most important qualification (in my opinion) is that they have done the work, meaning they have been in their own analysis with a Jungian Analyst. In addition, it is important that they are continuously engaging with the Jungian community through lectures, seminars, workshops, or other means. As a conscientious Jungian Therapist I have completed an analysis with a qualified Jungian Analyst and continue to further my education through regular workshops and supervision. Please feel free to email me if you wish to see the extra trainings I have completed over the years. Are you interested in Jungian Analysis? I would be happy to refer you to some of my colleagues.
In a Jungian therapy session, you’ll engage in a collaborative exploration of your unconscious mind to uncover hidden patterns, beliefs, and emotions. Sessions often include dream analysis, where we work together to interpret the symbolic meaning of your dreams, offering deep insights into your inner world. Additionally, art therapy may be incorporated as a creative tool to express and process unconscious material, allowing you to explore emotions and experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
